Jason Culpepper - Randall and Bushland
Why Honored: Culpepper led the Lady Raiders to a State Championship during the 2009 season. They ended the year with a record of 42-1, a near undefeated season. During the 2010 season, Culpepper led the Lady Raiders to an appearance at the Regional Finals.
In 2018, Culpepper led his team to an appearance at the state semi-finals. With a record of 41-7 and a district championship title, it was Culpepper's fifth time at the state level.
2020 was a big year for Culpepper and the Lady Falcons. The team claimed the District 1-3A Championship title and eventually advanced to the state tournament. There, Culpepper led his team to even more success, going on to claim the Class 3A UIL State Championship title. They ended the season with an overall record of 30-2.
2023 was yet another wildly successful season for Culpepper and his team. He led the Lady Falcons to the 3A state championship with a 43-6 record. This win was Bushland's third championship in four years. For Culpepper personally, it was his third state title in five years as the head coach at Bushland - reaching the state tournament every year. At Bushland, he is 197-20 and has an overall career record of 789-149.
