John Doan
Doan and his Canyon Eagles team is currently the last Panhandle team left standing in the hunt for a state title. The Eagles currently have a 27-7-1 record this season and is set to play in a one-game regional semi-finals with Doan at the helm.
Doan recently announced his retirement, and regardless of the final outcome of the season, he will be going out with a bang. Doan and his team overachieved this season with a current 6-0 playoff record and sweeps of Andres, Clint, and West Plains. Doan is retiring after a 21 year head coaching career at Canyon High.
