Why Honored: Loter is a longtime staple in the Pampa Harvesters football program. He began working as the teams equipment manager when he was just an 18 year old high school student. Now, thirty-five years later, Loter is still showcasing his Pampa pride on the sidelines and with the team.
Earning the respect of players and coaches alike, Loter is widely considered the definition of what it means to be a Pampa Harvester.
